Shocking Details of Agenda 21 and Technocracy, Part 2

Biodiversity and Sustainable interpreted as transhumanism and restructuring of society. In the NWO, humanity does not own or control Earth.

This article is a continuation from Part 1, Technocracy and Agenda 21, in which I summarized the content of the first four chapters of Patrick M. Wood’s book, The Evil Twins of Technocracy and Transhumanism.  Today, I paraphrase or quote highlights from the remaining  chapters. I have also added links for more study.  I have known about the UN’s Agenda 21 plan of depopulation for a number of years, but this is the first time I have delved into the details and real, evil intent.  It is shocking and disturbing to finally accept that the elite globalists who planned and are implementing Agenda 21 (and Agenda 30) are attempting to wipe biological humanity off the face of the Earth.  They have made significant progress so far.

Consciousness is all about knowledge and truth.  We cannot fix that which we do not know about or understand. History must not be forgotten or re-written.  Keep reading.  Disclosure and mass awakening is alive and we are fighting back.

THE GREAT RESET

The Great Reset is a complex and far-reaching topic.  Globalists claim it is inevitable due to rapid advances of science, technology, and engineering.  It will change every aspect of society.  The Great Reset initiative was publicly introduced by the C19 crisis and associated political, economic and social disruptions.  It brought instability on many levels. Henry Kissinger and Klaus Schwab have described it as “a window of opportunity.”  But the plans have been in the works much longer.

On February 3, 2015, the UN’s climate change czar, Christina Figueres, held a press conference and stated, “This is the first time in the history of mankind that we are setting ourselves the task of intentionally, within a defined period of time, to change the economic development model that has been reigning for at least 150 years, since the industrial revolution.”

Figueres organized the December 2015 UN Climate Change Conference in Paris, attended by representatives from 196 nations who signed the  Paris Agreement.  Climate change (global warming) justified overhauling the entire world’s economic system.  The objective was to destroy capitalism and replace it with Technocracy aka Sustainable Development.

World Economic Forum and the Great Reset

The World Economic Forum (WEF), along with the UN, is a major organization promoting global economic reform.  Both are tightly aligned on all levels, including climate change and green, carbon reducing measures as a primary  ideological framework.  Within that framework, Environmental Social Governance (ESG) refers to quantifiable and measurable factors that represent sustainable development practices.  ESG considers environmental, social, financial and governance factors when making investment decisions.

 ESG grew out of stakeholder capitalism, which is a business management theory popularized by Klaus Schwab at the WEF.  Regarding the 2020 Davos Manifesto and ESG, Schwab wrote that “businesses must be stewards of the environment, uphold human rights throughout their global supply chains, and pursue sustainable shareholder returns that don’t sacrifice the future for the present.”

A June 3, 2020 article by Klaus Schwab on the WEF website about C19 lockdowns stated “ To achieve a better outcome, the world must act jointly and swiftly to revamp all aspects of our societies and economies, from education to social contracts and working conditions.  Every country,  from the United States to China, must participate, and every industry, from oil and gas to tech, must be transformed.  In short, we need a Great Reset of capitalism.  In the eyes of these globalists, capitalism, democracy, communism and fascism had failed to fully achieve their goals.  Technocracy became the new autocratic way of controlling Earth and its biological inhabitants.

Schwab represents the academic side of sustainable development and transhumanists.  Born in Germany, he holds doctorates in Economics (University of Fribourg) and Engineering (Swiss Federal Institute of Technology).  He obtained a master’s degree at Harvard, where he was mentored by the then Professor of Government, Henry Kissinger, who he credits as being the most influential person in his life.  The Great Reset is a two-part objective:  economic restructuring of the world and restructuring of humans into machines who live in the restructured world as slaves for a small group of elites.

THE CONTROL GRID

The control grid is how the macro-designed Great Reset is implemented at local levels.  Elements of local control included tactics of inventory, registration of consumption and energy output, surveillance, and enforcement.  One of these methods includes smart meter devices.

Smart Meters

Smart meters installed on home thermostats and other appliances can be controlled remotely.  They are equipped with two-way communication on a special Wi-Fi circuit.  They maintain a continuous Wi-Fi connection with the utility company.  Installations accelerated in 2010 with federal funding.  For example, in August 2022, 22,000 residents of Denver received a message that they had been locked out due to an “energy emergency” with a new remote setting of their thermostats as high as 88 degrees.

The  Smart Grid  initiative was developed and funded by government agencies and NGO’s, described by the US  Energy Department. The Energy Department’s Bonneville Power Authority and the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory invented the smart grid concept and control devices in the 1990’s.  A Grid Friendly Appliance Controller (GFAC Chip) can be installed in any common household appliances or electronic devices, such as water heaters, air conditioners and electric cars.

Smart Cities

Surveillance and digitalization are hallmarks of smart cities.  Currently only 42 percent of US cities use some form of smart city technology, but the percentage is growing.  Usually the first system installed are digital light poles with surveillance cameras and microphones.  This often includes license plate readers and street sensors to monitor traffic on traffic lights.  The biggest problem is how to create a usable database from the continual stream of sensory information.  Some cities are able to track everyone by their cell phones.

My example:  In the 2022 Arizona elections, Maricopa County election officials knew exactly how many Republicans were traveling to the voting locations.  NOW I KNOW HOW THAT WAS DONE.  5 G technology makes this all possible.  The term surveillance capitalism refers to how search engines, such as Goggle or Facebook, monitor every online computer click.  “They” know everything about us and can predict behavior.  They sell the data to clients, including advertisers and the government.

Conclusion:  The technocratic goal is not only to control human behavior, but to control human thought and every aspect of our lives.  Technocracy is the science of social engineering.

SCIENCE OF SOCIAL ENGINEERING

Social engineering is the intentional use of propaganda and other manipulative techniques to influence public attitudes and behavior on a massive scale for a specific outcome.

Ivan Pavlov's  (1849-1936) experiments on dogs’ drooling response to the sight of food resulted in his well known theory of classical conditioning.   B.F. Skinner (1904-1990) expanded Pavlov’s work with human positive and negative reinforcement, known as operant conditioning in his Behaviorism Theory.  Positive and negative conditioning can be used to manipulate and control biological entities, including humans. 

Both Pavlov and Skinner held a mechanistic worldview and agreed with Darwin’s theory of survival of the fittest.    In Skinner’s 1948 book, Walden Two, he described a utopia in which the free will of a human spirit is rejected under systematic altering of environmental variables.   Pavlov’s and Skinner’s philosophy became part of the Technocracy Study Course of 1934, that I described in Part 1 of this series.  A PDF of the 295-page course is available here.

This type of social engineering reduces humans to having no free will or ability to make moral choices when external conditions are employed.  In spite of this, humans remain far less reliable and obedient than machines.  The Technocrats’ solution was to recast humans as more machine-like.

 PROPAGANDA

Propaganda is a weaponized tool used by Technocrats to reshape the reality of the masses.  It as been taught in schools of journalism, social studies, political sciences, marketing and other disciplines.  Here are a few of the numerous sly techniques to convince (con) you to believe something.

·       Fear:  Fear of loss or physical harm.  As the most powerful emotion, fear opens the mind to accept solutions that would not otherwise have been accepted.

·       The Bandwagon:  Claim that because everyone else is doing something, so should you.

·       Card Stacking:  Highlighting all the "good” information, and leaving out the “bad”, censorship.

·       Plain Folks:  Propagandist implies he is just an ordinary person like you, with same desires.

·       Testimonial: Another person testifies that the information is true, increased in power if they appear likable or are famous.

·       Glittering Generalities:  Sweeping statements and generalizations that cannot be defined, or contain vague virtue words.

·       Name Calling/Deflection:  Negative statements made about someone else to deflect attention away from the propagandist.  Calling unvaccinated persons “terrorists”.

·       Scapegoat:  Assigning blame to someone who is not a party to the activity.  Focusing negative emotions such as fear or hate on one person, even if not possible one person is responsible.

MASS FORMATION

Mass formation is a type of hive mind, or group hypnosis, that destroys an individual’s ethical self-awareness and ability to think critically. Sound familiar?  How many times have we asked how people can be so gullible?  Mattias Desmet is a professor of clinical psychology, who published a book in 2022 titled The Psychology of Totalitarianism, that provided an answer.  In his theory of mass formation, he lays out four simultaneous conditions necessary for a group to fall into mass formation.  All individuals within the group must:

1.     Experience a lack of social bonds and isolation (C 19 lockdown and family separation)

2.     See life as meaningless or senseless (cognitive dissonance from propaganda and gaslighting)

3.     Have free-floating anxiety (unable to pinpoint reason or cure for anxiety)

4.     Have free-floating frustration and aggression (calling previous friends terrorists)

When these conditions exit and an individual is presented with a narrative that identifies the object of his anxiety and frustration, he is vulnerable to falling into mass formation.  The mass beliefs enable him to regain a sense of meaning and social bonds with like-minded people.

TAKEOVER OF ALL GENETIC MATERIAL

For nearly 30 years since the UN Earth Summit (UNCED described in Part 1) in 1992, only the globalists understood what was meant by biodiversity.  When the C19 pandemic hit in 2020, more ordinary people began to wake up to the reality of what elite leaders were intending.

Looking closer, we understood why Monsanto created a global monopoly on GMO seeds, claiming ownership on anything it touches, and enforcing royalty payments by farmers.  We understood why insects are being genetically modified. We understood why farmers are being forced to fallow their land under water restrictions or other challenges and eventually stop farming, allowing Bill Gates to buy up agricultural land cheaply. As food plants burned down, we realized there is a war on food.

Now we know the C19 injections are part of the plan for depopulation and transhumanism for those who manage to survive.  mRNA is one way to modify genetic DNA material.  Patents were filed for cDNA, artificially modified material not found in nature.  Digital sequencing information of genetic material, such as proteins and DNA made this possible.  More information can be found at the National Human Genome Research Institute fact sheets.

Biodiversity refers to using mRNA or DNA to create cDNA codes that can be manipulated, such as in causing the body to produce spike proteins.  Preventing infection was NOT the purpose, as we now know that injected persons have a much higher rate of C19 infection, which can be seen on the CDC Vaers Reports, accessed here. 

On September 12, President Joe Biden signed an Executive Order called The National Biotechnology and Biomanufacturing Initiative.  The EO aligns all federal government agencies and mandates that they coordinate to achieve societal goals.  The only place societal goals are described is in the introduction, which clearly sets an agenda for achieving transhumanism objectives. It states:

We need to develop genetic technologies and techniques to be able to write circuitry for cells and predictably program biology in the same way in which we write software and program computers.

WHO IS DRIVING THIS TRAIN

The principle planners and drivers of Agenda 21 are a relatively small, yet diverse elite group motivated by greed and a lust for power.  They consider themselves vastly superior to humanity.  They come from four man pillars of society – corporate, political, academic and media.  Each is interdependent on the others.

The main culprits are in high positions of the World Economic Forun (WEF), the US Trilateral Commission, a selection of universities (Columbia University, University of California, Harvard), large central banks, and major think tanks.  The majority come from the United States.  Patric Wood names a few of the leading Technocrats in his book.

·       Klaus Schwab:  Founder and head of WEF, academic

·       Agustin Carstens:  Director of BIS, banker, coordinator of central bank digital currencies

·       Larry Fink:  Trilateralist, Founder and CEO of BlackRock, corporate

·       Bill Gates:  Corporate and foundation influence of biotech, pharma, technology, Microsoft

·       Michael Crow:  Corporate, academic.  President, Arizona State University, Chair In-Q-Tel.

·       Peter Thiel:  Cofounder of PayPal, Facebook BOD, Palantir, In-Q-Tel

·       Elon Musk:  Corporate.  Tesla, Neuralink, Starlink, Space X

·       Jeff Bezos:  Founder Amazon, Owner Washington Post, Altos Labs, Blue Origin

ONE WORLD RELIGION:  DATAISM

The three main legs of society are economic, political and social.  Social includes morality, and faith components.  All three legs are being threatened by technocracy and transhumanism.  Yuval Noah Harari, an Israeli history professor and WEF advisor, proposed a new philosophy called Dataism in his 2015 book, published in Hebrew - Homo Dues: A Brief History of Tomorrow.  The basic concept is that the material universe is made up of and depends upon the flow of data.  We must tap into it, examine it and modify it when it serves our purposes.

In the Dataism worldview, humanity’s cosmic vocation is to create an all-encompassing data processing system and then merge into it.  Given enough biometric data and computing power, the system will understand  humans better than humans do.  Once that happens, humans will lose their authority and humanist practices such as democratic elections will become obsolete.  Dataists (transhumanists) do not see homo sapiens as valuable or needed once they have created the Internet-of-Things (IoT).

The IoT means digitalizing everything including currency, surveillance cameras, smart city devices, smart meters, smart vehicles and drones.  Digitalization of the whole world is enabled by 5G, which is fast, can recognize and locate people and objects precisely, and receive and transmit messages.  It can also be used to replicate things.

BATTLE FOR THE WORLD

The Technocrats are playing God.  They are reshaping the world and the beings in it.  They want to be immortal, omniscient and omnipotent.  Humans and robots will provide the slave labor in the future if they have their way.  They don’t care if humans consent to it because they are viewed as powerless to stop them. 

And yet, humans tend to be resistant, so they have found it necessary to go to war with humanity to destabilize society and depopulate the planet.  There are too many humans that are hard to control.  The wars are intended to erase all nation states, confiscate property, and create scarcity of basic necessities like food, water and energy.

Technocracy and transhumanism are the “axis of evil” in Agenda 21.  It is planned and being executed by global corporate, academic, and political non-humans (my word).  Its magnitude seeks to erase all that we have known.  The prominent organizations are the UN, the WEF, and the Trilateral Commission founded by David Rockefeller and Brzezinski in 1973.  It has the full support of universities, and mega corporations.  The convergence of NBIC science and propaganda of cultish scientism and its high priests provide the means to the end goal.  The central bankers finance it.  The politicians allow it. 

The C19 scam and crisis accelerated the final implementation stage of world takeover that had been planned for many years.  Global warming and climate change is an ideology of the evil axis, justifying “sustainable development.”   Signs of the action plan are obvious for those with the eyes to see:  the energy crisis, the war on agriculture and food production, the war in Ukraine, the economic crisis of currency and inflation, declining health and corruption of the health care system, open borders for illegal immigration and refugees.

Secrecy, propaganda, censorship are information warfare tactics that work together like peas in a pod.  Technocracy and transhumanism are bound together like Siamese twins in the way they seek to transform society and humanity.  Sustainable development will not save the world because it is the driver of engineered scarcity.

If there is anything the evil twins hate, it is non-compliance.  That is why we must raise the awareness and consciousness of the hypnotized, conditioned masses to the reality of the full-scale war on humanity as biological and God loving, moral beings.  Understanding is the first step of resistance.
